maybe not optimally useful for youth ministry purposes, but it is super cool. i could see lots of uses for it for training or brainstorming sessions for programming. who knows it might make up the next super cool artist person at the next youth workers convention.
ian has linked to the uk’s national occupational standards for youth ministry. it’s a pretty cool document, way long, but as far as training and putting language to job descriptions, goal settings (outcomes & behaviors), and other organizational pieces it’s a pretty solid looking resource.
