I’ve known Hank Hilliard since 1995 when I was doing short term missions work and he brought his youth group to our camp. Back then we were both much younger and we both had a full head of hair. Well, I still do have a full head of hair, can’t say the same for Hank. But since then Hank has been working up and developing how to create student leaders in his ministry and he’s pulled this together in a tested out resource (not something he just made up and is throwing out there) called Leadership Lab.
