Oddly enough, I’ve never seen it before either. Wow. Fear evangelism. Many people of my generation have spoken to me of the impact this film had on them at the time they first saw it: they found it frightening. A friend from Seminary days became a Christian in response to this film. Then, in Seminary, he discovered that it was based on shaky and doubtful theology. It was a genuine faith crisis for him.

Never saw this before. I now know what you no longer like the song I Wish We’d All Been Ready. It ruined it for me.

ok, this was a really really bad movie with really really bad singing. And the ticking alarm clock won’t leave my head. After some searching, I was able to find a better version of I Wish We’d All Been Ready. It might help with the bad version stuck in your head.
