going old school that most of you don’t know. the stone roses i was introduced to by my cousins over in england. they apparently were huge over there. i loved them, but they never seemed to take here in the states. took a little youtube tour of my old favorites.
They had some legal trouble with their record company and I think that sort of skewered their rise. I think it was 5 or 6 years between their debut and second album… that took the wind out of their sails.

i never heard of the record label trouble. i did know of the number of years between albums. i think i did purchase the second album.. i know i have more than one. sad they got caught in the system.
